With our first two intensives, COAP has helped 3 audition winners, 5 audition runners up, and 6 finalists prepare for their auditions!

Auditions require technical competency, instrumental athleticism, ability to sound beautiful and effortless under intense pressure, laser focus, calm mind, and preparation for unexpected hurdles. Winter Intensive

Winter Audition Prep January 9-February 13, 2023.

Start the new year the right way! If needed, we can push the start and end date to accommodate the group’s schedule. Our 6 week virtual intensive series is designed to supercharge your preparation for the Winter and Spring Audition season . While it is the one the busiest times of year, audition preparation has no time off! Our program will help you solidify your preparation and help bring your highest level of playing to the audition stage when it really counts.

Our unique program offers:

The highest level of one-on-one personal feedback from musicians who have successfully navigated the audition process in front of and behind the screen

Fully utilizing a highly energized studio-like environment providing feedback through peer trials that will illustrate your current and potential capabilities. Demonstrating how implementing and consolidating the feedback you receive from COAP teachers and peers will prepare you for the rigorous audition process.

Tuition includes:

  • 6 Lessons with Mr. Feder

  • 4 Studio Classes

  • Access to Dark Magic

  • Practice Pod Challenges and Excerpts of the Week

  • 2 Mock Auditions with a guest adjudicator.

Spring Intensives

Four week Spring Audition Prep starting April 4th, and second installment of Solidifying the Core starting as interest allows.

Our Spring Intensives will be offered as interest allows. Our virtual intensive series is designed to supercharge your preparation for the Spring Audition season . While it is the one the busiest times of year, audition preparation has no time off! Our program will help you solidify your preparation and help bring your highest level of playing to the audition stage when it really counts.

Fall Prep is the second installment of our virtual intensive series designed to supercharge your preparation for the fall auditions. Gain the tools and insight you need to bring your highest level of playing to these audition stages when it really counts.

Solidifying the Core

April 5th-May 13th, 2021

Solidifying the Core is a virtual intensive, designed to dramatically improve your ability to perform the most standard excerpts in any situation and develop personal techniques for preparing at the highest level.
